The squads are rolling into the game with opposing streaks: Rim of the World has struggled recently with eight defeats in a row, while Colton will arrive with nine straight victories.
Rim of the World suffered their biggest defeat yet this season on Monday. They were dealt a 68-28 defeat at the hands of Indian Springs. Rim of the World was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 40-12.
Meanwhile, Colton didn't have too much trouble with Bloomington at home on Thursday as they won 45-27.
Colton got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Zoey Espino out in front who scored 12 points along with six steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Jasmine Jimenez, who scored nine points along with 11 rebounds and four steals.
Rim of the World has been struggling recently, as they've lost nine of their last ten games, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-11 record this season. As for Colton, their victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 16-5.
