A Season-Best Performance from Kelvin Washington Leads Longview over Rockwall
On Friday, Longview got the W thanks in part to Kelvin Washington playing the best football he has all season. Washington rushed for 381 yards and six touchdowns while picking up 15.9 yards per carry, and also picked up 110 receiving yards and two touchdowns, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process.
For the year, Washington has caught 3 touchdowns while averaging 39.6 receiving yards per game. That doesn't tell the whole story though: at this point last year, he had six rushing touchdowns. This year he is already up to 11.

Nelson Peterson Jr Delivers Best Performance of Season
On Friday, Forney got the W thanks in part to Nelson Peterson Jr playing the best football he has all season. Peterson Jr rushed for 134 yards and two touchdowns on only eight carries, and also threw for 207 yards and three touchdowns on only 16 passes.
The victory got Forney back to even at 3-3. Peterson Jr and Forney will challenge Longview at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.

Legend Bey Delivers Electric Performance Vs Tyler Legacy
Legend Bey's big game helped extend North Forney's winning streak to four on Friday. Bey was unstoppable, rushing for 233 yards and two touchdowns on only 15 carries, while also throwing for 110 yards on nine of 13 attempts. He really tore up the turf during one magnificent 74-yard run.
North Forney's victory bumped their record up to 4-2. It'll be Battle of the Birds when Falcons dukes it out withRockwall-Heath at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.

Big Game from Rickert As Rockwall Fell 63-34
While Brent Rickert delivered a dominant performance on Friday, a win just wasn't in the cards for Rockwall. Rickert was unstoppable, throwing for 394 yards and five touchdowns.
Rockwall's defeat dropped their record down to 3-3. Rickert and Rockwall will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Forney at 7:30 p.m. on October 18th.

Javian Osborne Makes It Two for Forney
