It was a proper cat-fight when Orosi duked it out with Delano on Friday. The Cardinals came out on top against the Tigers by a score of 5-2. Winning may never get old, but the Cardinals sure are getting used to it with their fourth in a row.

Moses Gonzalez and Angel Gonzalez did most of the damage at the plate: Moses got on base in four of his five plate appearances with one RBI, while Angel went 2-for-5 with two runs and one stolen base. Angel is becoming a predictor of Orosi's success: when he posts at least two runs the team is undefeated (and 4-9-1 when he doesn't). The team also got some help courtesy of Arturo Alvardo, who got on base in three of his four plate appearances with one run.

Orosi's win bumped their record up to 8-9-1. As for Delano, they have been struggling recently as they've lost nine of their last 12 games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-13 record this season.

Orosi will host Orange Cove at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Delano, they have already played their next contest, a 0-0 victory against Del Oro on the 26th.
