Gordon Lee never let their opponents score on Thursday. They were the clear victors by an 18-0 margin over the Coosa Eagles. The result was nothing new for the Trojans, who have now won eight contests by seven runs or more so far this season.

Gordon Lee has been performing well recently as they've won seven of their last nine matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-4 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.6 runs on average over those games. As for Coosa, their loss was their 17th straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-9.
