Castle View had lost five games on the road, but after bumping their record up to 6-10 on Saturday that streak is in the rearview. Not much got past Alexa Trunnell, who gave up just a hit to keep Palisade off the board.
On the hitting side, Ashlynn Canepa was incredible, going 2-for-4 with one home run and three RBI. Preslee Dunbar was another key player, going 2-for-3 with two runs and one RBI.
