BasketballJunior scored 41 points in a 78-46 win
over Parkway to make him the Blue Jays all-time leading scorer with
1,482 points.
* Caleb Ryman, Covington
WrestlingJunior put together an impressive run en
route to winning the 150-pound title at the Greater Miami Valley
Wrestling Association Holiday Tournament. He won his five matches 15-0,
17-2, 4-1, 12-2 and 19-4 (in the final). Ryman already has 100 career
wins and is the first Buccaneers wrestler to win a GMVWA title since
2018.

last week’s record-setting performance in a 1-0 win over Monroe. She
struck out 20 of the 24 Hornets’ batters she faced to set the Bellbrook
record for strikeouts in a seven-inning game. According to the OHSAA
website, the tally is also an SWBL record. She was 4-for-4 at the plate
in the game and had the contest’s lone RBI. Hebrank currently leads the
SWBL in ERA (1.96) and Ks (187) and ranks second in wins
(10).
* Morgan Bailey, Bishop Hartley (Columbus)
SoftballSenior went 5-for-5 with four runs, 10 RBI,
two home runs and a double in a 21-5 win over DeSales. Also went 5-for-5
and hit for the cycle with five RBI and four runs in a 13-8 win over
Watterson. Batting .609 with 36 runs, 10 HRs and eight doubles. Her 48
RBI currently ranks fifth in the state this spring. Career .615 hitter
with 112 hits, 96 RBI, 79 runs, 26 doubles and 17
HRs.

SoftballSenior went 4-1 last week with wins over
Dixie, Ansonia, Newton and Madison and a loss to Arcanum. Had 56
