The team  relied heavily on  Ashley Jucht, who  went 2-for-3 with one  home run, three  runs,  and two  RBI. That's the most  runs  she has posted since September 5th.  Taylor Siefken was another key player,  going 1-for-4 with one  home run.
 Lincoln Southwest  hit smart and  finished the game with only one  strikeout. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Lincoln Northeast struck out nine times.

 Lincoln Southwest wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next  matchup,  an  11-0  win against Marian on the 27th. As for Lincoln Northeast, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next  game,  a  12-2  loss against Pius X on the 27th.
