Meadowbrook Christian can now show off nine landslide victories after their most recent game on Thursday. They were the clear victor by a 47-27 margin over North Penn-Liberty. The victory was familiar territory for Meadowbrook Christian who now have five in a row.
Meadowbrook Christian was led to victory by Madalyn Fasnacht and Kailey Devlin. Fasnacht scored eight points along with 13 steals, while Devlin scored 16 points along with four steals. Fasnacht is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last 13 games she's played. Audrey Millet was another key contributor, scoring eight points along with two steals.
Despite the defeat, North Penn-Liberty saw an underclassman step up: Haley Litzelman scored 13 points along with seven rebounds and three steals. Another player making a difference was Kaylee Graham, who scored seven points along with five rebounds and two steals.
Meadowbrook Christian's victory was their 14th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 21-1. As for North Penn-Liberty, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost eight of their last ten games, which put a noticeable dent in their 8-12 record this season.
