The Halifax Wildcats are on the road again on Monday and play against the East Juniata Tigers at 7:30 p.m. on December 11th. Halifax comes in on a streak of failing to score more than 22 points in their last three games, a trend the squad is of course eager to reverse.
Last Saturday, Halifax was beaten by Schuylkill Haven 51-13.
Ava Savage was Halifax's leading scorer, having posted four points. Savage also led the team in rebounds with five.
Meanwhile, East Juniata came up short against Forbes Road on Thursday and fell 51-42.
Lancaster Mennonite's victory bumped their season record to 0-0 while Halifax's loss dropped theirs to 0-2.
Halifax came up short against East Juniata in their previous matchup back in December of 2022, falling 31-25. Can Halifax avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
