While losing is never fun, Capistrano Valley Christian can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California basketball rankings (they are ranked 260th, while Orangewood Academy is ranked 47th).
Pacifica Christian/Orange County has traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost four of their last five games, which put a noticeable dent in their 18-7 record this season. As for Capistrano Valley Christian, their defeat was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 12-14.
