That makes it five consecutive games in which Emegwa has scored at least a third of Harbor Teacher's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Misae Coleman, who dropped a double-double on 21 points and 11 rebounds.
Port of Los Angeles dropped their record down to 1-11 with that loss, which was their 13th straight at home dating back to last season. Those losses could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 12.5 points per game. As for Harbor Teacher, the victory for they keeps them at an undefeated 14-0.
Port of Los Angeles will head out on the road to square off against Jordan at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Harbor Teacher, they will look to defend their home court on Friday against Dymally at 7:00 p.m.
