The Lansdale Catholic Crusaders put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They breezed by Tottenville on the road to the tune of 71-25. Lansdale Catholic might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team's won six games by 21 points or more this season.
Nadia Yemola was her usual excellent self, scoring 23 points along with seven rebounds. Those seven rebounds set a new season-high mark for her. Grace Mcdonough was another key contributor, scoring 12 points along with nine rebounds and three blocks.
Lansdale Catholic's victory bumped their record up to 8-0. As for Tottenville, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-4.
Lansdale Catholic is on the road again on Thursday and play against Archbishop Ryan at 6:00 p.m. on January 4th. As for Tottenville, they will be playing at home against Martin Luther King Jr Educational Campus at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Martin Luther King Jr Educational Campus' defense has only allowed 27.2 points per game this season, so Tottenville's offense will have their work cut out for Tottenville.
