Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Bethel). They blew past the Holdenville Wolverines 17-1 on Tuesday. The Wildcats have beaten the Wolverines the last three times they've met, but they better watch out: this was the closest the Wolverines has come to flipping the script.
Lilly Ingmire was a major factor while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, tossing two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't given up more than two walks in three consecutive appearances. She was also solid in the batter's box, going a perfect 3-for-3 with four RBI. That's the most RBI she has posted since back in August of 2024.
In other batting news, Bethel let Bailey Tucker and Layla Menhusen run wild.
