Arlington came into Friday's matchup looking for another win against Wahoo, but Karryn Eddie wouldn't allow it. The Warriors secured a 43-37 W over the Eagles on Friday with plenty of help from Eddie, who shot 71% from the field on her way to 15 points and three steals. She has become a key player for Wahoo: the team is 3-1 when she posts at least three steals, but 1-2 otherwise.

The team also got some help courtesy of Addison Smart, who posted six points. She also grabbed two steals, marking her first of the season.

Arlington's loss came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Emme Timm, who went 5-for-7 en route to 12 points. Timm is also crushing it when it comes to steals: she's grabbed at least two every time she's taken the court this season. Another player making a difference was Macy Wolf, who put up six points and five boards.

Wahoo now has a winning record of 4-3. As for Arlington, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-3 record this season.

Wahoo and Pius X will round out the year against one another at 2:30 p.m. on the 29th. The Thunderbolts will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something the Warriors surely won't give up without a fight. Arlington and Aquinas will compete for holiday cheer at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. That contest will pit two of the most dominant guards against one another: Timm and Riley Campbell.
