On Wednesday, Murrieta Mesa took their game on the road with ease, bagging a 51-15 victory over Redlands. For those curious, yes, that was the biggest victory Murrieta Mesa has managed all season.
LaKaila Trimble was her usual excellent self, dropping a double-double on 26 points and 14 rebounds. The game was her fourth in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Jolie Hanna, who scored six points.
Murrieta Mesa's win bumped their record up to 7-9. As for Redlands, their defeat was their seventh straight at home, which bumped their record down to 2-11.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Murrieta Mesa won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Beaumont at 5:00 p.m. on December 21st.
