Jamari Milton Crosses Big Stat Threshold
Andress was led to victory by Jamari Milton, who turned in his biggest game of the season on Friday. Milton threw for 378 yards and six touchdowns while picking up 12.2 yards per attempt. Thanks to that strong showing, he's now averaging 3.2 passing touchdowns per game.
Andress' victory ended a four-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 3-3. Milton and Andress will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Burges at 7:00 p.m. on October 18th.

Jake Fette Delivers Best Performance of Season
Jake Fette produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Del Valle to the win on Friday. Fette rushed for 79 yards and two touchdowns on only nine carries, and also threw for 229 yards and two touchdowns while completing 74.1% of his passes. The performance marked the most rushing yards he has had since back in October of 2023.
Fette is probably looking forward to his next game, a home matchup against Hanks on Friday. When Fette last faced the Knights back in October of 2023, he threw for 322 yards and five touchdowns while picking up 13.4 yards per attempt.

Morales Posts Huge Game in 35-28 Victory
Jordan Morales's tear continued on Friday as he dropped his third-straight game with 302+ passing yards. He threw for 329 yards and three touchdowns while completing 79.2% of his passes, and also rushed for 49 yards.
Hanks's victory was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 4-1. Morales and Hanks will venture away from home to challenge Del Valle at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Avant Clayton's Big Game Leads Andress over Horizon
The second Andress player making an appearance here is Avant Clayton, and for good reason. He picked up 156 receiving yards and three touchdowns. He showed off some serious burst, cutting upfield on a catch for 60 yards.
On the season, Clayton has caught 7 touchdowns while averaging 90.2 receiving yards per game.

Carey Wade Turns in Season-Best Performance
Chapin came up short on Friday despite Carey Wade delivering his best game to date. Wade rushed for 92 yards on only 11 carries, and also caught a touchdown. The performance marked the most rushing yards he has had since back in October of 2023.
Del Valle's probably not too fond of Wade given he always seems to get the better of them. Back in September of 2023 (the last time Wade saw the Conquistadores), he rushed for 178 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 7.7 yards per carry.
