After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Saint Thomas Aquinas, St. James Academy was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They strolled past the Blue Valley Northwest Huskies with points to spare, taking the game 21-7. For the Thunder, this counts as revenge for the 27-24 win the Huskies walked away with the last time they faced one another back in September of 2024.
Jake House had a dynamite game, rushing for 218 yards and one TD while picking up 9.5 yards per carry. Another player making a difference was Preston Canzoneri, who picked up 44 receiving yards and a pair of touchdowns.
