The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Uniontown in their matchups with the Titans: they've now lost four in a row.
Uniontown lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Geelece Ingram, who scored seven points. Another player making a difference was A?kira Dade, who scored nine points.
Uniontown's defeat dropped their record down to 5-13. As for West Mifflin, they have been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight matches, which provided a nice bump to their 9-6 record this season.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Uniontown will challenge the Trojans at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are closely ranked in Pennsylvania (California is ranked 521st, while the Red Raiders are ranked 510th). As for West Mifflin, they will head out on the road to take on the Scotties at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
