After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Wheeler County, Clinch County was happy to have turned things around on Wednesday. They blew past the Hamilton County Trojans 9-1. The result was nothing new for the Panthers, who have now won nine matches by six runs or more so far this season.

The win got Clinch County back to even at 12-12. As for Hamilton County, they dropped their record down to 3-16 with the defeat, which was their eighth straight on the road.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Clinch County will venture away from home to face off against Lanier County at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Hamilton County, they will head out to challenge Lafayette at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. The Hornets will roll in looking for their tenth straight victory, something the Trojans surely won't give up without a fight.
