There's no place like home for Edmund Burke Academy, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Tuesday. They were the clear victors by a 7-1 margin over the Georgia School for Innovation & Classics Patriots on Monday. Considering the Spartans have won five contests by more than five runs this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

The win got Edmund Burke Academy back to even at 8-8. As for Georgia School for Innovation & Classics, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last eight matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-9 record this season.

Edmund Burke Academy will welcome Brentwood at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The War Eagles' pitching crew has only allowed three runs per game this season, so the Spartans' hitters will have their work cut out for them. Georgia School for Innovation & Classics does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
