Pueblo West waltzed into their matchup  on Monday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They put the hurt on the Pueblo Centennial Bulldogs with a sharp  16-2 victory. The Cyclones might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 13 games by seven  runs or more this season.
 Kassidy Donley made a splash no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound,   striking out 12 batters over  six innings while giving up just one earned run off   three  hits. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't  given up  more than one  earned run in five consecutive appearances. She was also solid in the batter's box,  getting on base  in three of her five plate appearances with two  RBI.
 In other batting news, Pueblo West let  Bella Gregory and  Peyton Kuhn run wild. Gregory  got on base  in all four of her plate appearances with three  stolen bases, two  runs,  and one  RBI, while  Kuhn  got on base  in four of her five plate appearances with four  runs, one  stolen base,  and one  RBI. Those  four  runs gave  Kuhn a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of  Gracie Briggs, who  went 1-for-4 with two  RBI and one  run.
 Pueblo West  always had someone on base and  finished the game having  posted an OBP of .543. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Pueblo Centennial only posted  an  OBP of  .333.
Pueblo West's record is now 15-6. As for Pueblo Centennial, their loss dropped their record down to 10-10.
 Both  squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming  contests. Pueblo West will square off against Fountain-Fort Carson at 6:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. The Cyclones are facing the Trojans at the right time seeing as the Trojans are stuck on  a  four-game losing streak. As for Pueblo Centennial, they will take on Pueblo East at 7:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. The Eagles have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 9.45  runs per game on average), something the Bulldogs will no doubt try to take advantage of.
