The Paradise Bobcats will look to defend their home pitch on Friday against the Williams Yellowjackets at 5:15 p.m. Both teams come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Last Monday, Paradise kept a clean sheet against Maxwell. They had just enough and edged the Panthers out 1-0. Paradise's winning goal came courtesy of Courtney Taylor.
Meanwhile, Williams was able to grind out a solid victory over Maxwell on Thursday, taking the game 4-2. That's two games straight that Williams has won by exactly two goals.
Paradise is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six contests, which provided a nice bump to their 8-4-2 record this season. As for Williams, the victory makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-7-3.
Paradise beat Williams by a goal when the teams last played two weeks ago, winning 4-3. Will Paradise repeat their success, or does Williams have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
