Cumberland Valley fell just short of Cedar Cliff by a score of 46-44. Cumberland Valley has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Cumberland Valley's loss on Saturday came despite strong showings from Sienna Manns and Sanai Hill. Manns scored 6 points along with 5 rebounds and 5 steals, while Hill scored 9 points along with 6 rebounds.
Cumberland Valley's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Cedar Cliff, their victory bumped their record up to 1-0.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Cumberland Valley will square off against Susquehanna Township at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Cedar Cliff, they will head out on the road to face off against Harrisburg at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
