After having lost a blowout in their  previous game against Santa Paula, the Malibu Sharks were happy to have found some success  on Monday. They took down Fillmore 33-18. That's another feather in the cap for Malibu, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.
 It was another big night for  Casey Ovsiowitz, who  dropped  a double-double on 20 points and 12  rebounds. She has been hot recently, having posted nine or more  rebounds the last four times she's  played.
 When it comes to explaining why Fillmore lost, one person who can't be blamed is  Breeza Gamino. Despite the final result, she  scored six points along with eight  rebounds. It was the first time this season that  Gamino  pulled down eight or more  rebounds.
 Malibu now  has a winning record of 10-9. As for Fillmore, they are  on  a  five-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 4-13.
