Volleyball Recap: Hartford Starts Season with Win at Home

Hartford gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Saturday. They won by a set and slipped past the West Pioneers 2-1. The Jaguars haven't had any issues with the Pioneers recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

Hartford had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next two. The match finished with set scores of 21-25, 25-23, 25-20.

Hartford has already played their next game, a 2-0 loss against Chase County on the 30th. As for West, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Solomon on the 30th.
