After two games on the road, West Shamokin is heading back home. They will take on the Cambria Heights Highlanders at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
Last Saturday, West Shamokin came up short against Central and fell 44-31.
Meanwhile, Cambria Heights earned a 42-33 win over Richland on Saturday.
Among those leading the charge was Sienna Kirsch, who dropped a double-double on 26 points and 11 rebounds. That makes it two consecutive games in which she has scored at least 25% of Cambria Heights' points. Kinley Rogal was another key contributor, scoring 6 points along with 6 rebounds.
The losses dropped West Shamokin to 0-2 and Central to 1-1.
West Shamokin was able to grind out a solid victory over Cambria Heights in their previous meeting back in January, winning 41-33. Will West Shamokin repeat their success, or does Cambria Heights have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
