Valley Christian Academy's lost on Saturday despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Katelyn Mikkelson, who scored 12 points along with 8 rebounds and 7 assists. The contest was Mikkelson's third in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Samantha Walker, who scored 6 points along with 11 rebounds.
Valley Christian Academy now has a losing record at 1-2. As for Parlier, their win bumped their record up to 3-5.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Valley Christian Academy will face off against Pioneer Valley at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. Parlier's road trip will continue as they head out to face Dinuba at 7:00 p.m. on December 5th.
