The Fontana Steelers lost to the Grand Terrace Titans back in January, but the Fontana Steelers didn't allow the Grand Terrace Titans the same satisfaction on Thursday. Fontana came out on top against the Titans by a score of 46-38. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Fontana.
Several Titans players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Mikhia Anderson, who scored 13 points along with eight rebounds and two steals. Anderson has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last 23 times she's played. Another player making a difference was Jayleen Barajas, who scored nine points along with six rebounds and four steals.
Fontana's win was their 12th straight at home, which pushed their record up to 22-6. As for Grand Terrace, their defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 20-8.
Fontana does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Grand Terrace also has no future games currently scheduled.
