If Sparks wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Fernley, they should've done a better job of containing Keeshawn Love. The Vaqueros took their match on Saturday with ease, bagging a 47-12 victory over the Railroaders for which the team can thank Love, who rushed for 210 yards and three scores on only ten carries. He also put in work on the defensive side of the ball, picking up a sack and making two total tackles.
Sparks' defeat shouldn't obscure the performances of Danny Taylor, who rushed for 64 yards and a pair of TDs, and Marcus Woods, who picked up 84 receiving yards.
