Clovis North barely beat Clovis West the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Broncos blew past the Golden Eagles 10-3 on Wednesday. The result was nothing new for the Broncos, who have now won 11 matchups by six runs or more so far this season.

The win made it two in a row for Clovis North and bumps their season record up to 19-9. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.5 runs over those games. As for Clovis West, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 14-13-1.

Clovis North will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Golden Eagles: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
