The Alpaugh Buffalos's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Saturday after their fourth straight loss. They had to suffer through a rough 53-6 loss at the hands of Riverdale.
Alpaugh used a three-pronged attack on offense:
Jazmin Juarez,
Carolina Arrieta, and
Udalys Diaz posted two points each.
Ashley Flores held things down on the boards with ten rebounds.
Alpaugh's defeat dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Riverdale, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a massive bump to their 4-4 record this season.
Alpaugh will be staying on the road on Wednesday to face off against Riverdale at 5:00 p.m. on December 6th. Riverdale's defense has only allowed 29.9 points per game this season, so Alpaugh's offense will have their work cut out for Alpaugh. As for Riverdale, they will look to defend their home court against Alpaugh at 5:00 p.m. Hopefully Alpaugh focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 37 on Saturday.
