After a string of four wins, the Upper Moreland Bears's good fortune finally ran out on Tuesday. They fell to New Hope-Solebury 40-36. Upper Moreland was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as New Hope-Solebury apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played last Monday.
New Hope-Solebury was led to victory by Emily Wilson and Nina Meixler. Wilson scored 11 points, while Meixler scored 12 points. Meixler is trending in the right direction, as she's improved her point production for three games straight.
Upper Moreland's defeat dropped their record down to 15-6. As for New Hope-Solebury, the victory got them back to even at 11-11.
Upper Moreland didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 39-29 victory vs. Hatboro-Horsham on the 8th. New Hope-Solebury does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
