Chino has won six straight games at home, while Don Lugo has won six straight on the road, but those streaks won't matter much on Monday. The Cowboys will welcome the Conquistadores at 3:30 p.m. Chino's pitching crew has only allowed 2.4 runs per game this season, so Don Lugo's hitters will have their work cut out for them.
On Friday, Chino beat Chaffey 7-3. The victory continues a trend for the Cowboys in their matchups with the Tigers: they've now won four in a row.

Grant Kuhns Vasquez spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered three earned runs on five hits and racked up 13 Ks. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't tossed less than seven strikeouts in four consecutive appearances.
At the plate, Nathan Sena was incredible, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 2-for-3. The team also got some help courtesy of Xiovany Ochoa, who scored two runs and stole a base while getting on base in two of his four plate appearances.
Meanwhile, Don Lugo got the win against Montclair on Friday by a conclusive 12-2.
David Rivera looked comfortable as he didn't allow a single earned run while striking out seven over four innings pitched. That's the most strikeouts he has posted since back in March.
On the hitting side, the team relied heavily on Javier Guzman, who scored a run and stole a base while going 2-for-2. Another player making a difference was Jayden Ruiz, who scored a run while going 1-for-1.
Don Lugo has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight games. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-6 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.1 runs over those games. As for Chino, their victory bumped their record up to 12-2.
Chino took their win against Don Lugo in their previous meeting back in March by a conclusive 12-3 score. Will the Cowboys repeat their success, or do the Conquistadores have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
