The GALA Goddesses's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Wednesday after their fourth straight defeat. They were dealt a 41-12 loss at the hands of Fremont. GALA has not had much luck with the Pathfinders recently, as the team's come up short the last three times they've met.
GALA's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Lauren Pang-Le, who scored six points.
GALA dropped their record down to 1-9 with that loss, which was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season. That rough patch could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 15.3 points per game. As for Fremont, they now have a winning record of 7-6.
GALA does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Fremont also has no future games currently scheduled.
