Shepherd had trouble last Friday, and unfortunately for them, their opponent this week is a big step up in difficulty. On Friday they take on Roundup/Melstone at 8:00 PM. The odds don't look promising for Shepherd, but the bigger the opponent is, the harder they fall.
Things could have been worse for Shepherd, but things could have been a whole lot better as they took a 14-30 loss to Florence-Carlton.
Meanwhile, Roundup/Melstone had enough points to win and then some against Colstrip, taking their contest 34-18.
Roundup/Melstone's win lifted them to 3-0 while Shepherd's loss dropped them down to 1-4. We'll see if Roundup/Melstone's success rolls on or if Shepherd are able to steal their positive momentum.
