Central and the Rams are an even 5-5 against one another since January of 2018, but not for long. The Central Dragons will be playing in front of their home fans against the Penns Valley Area Rams at 7:30 p.m. on Monday.
Last Monday, Central came up short against the Bison and fell 65-54.
Meanwhile, Penns Valley Area entered their tilt with the Eagles with three consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with four. Penns Valley Area narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past the Eagles 65-62. Having run the score up that high, both teams might be doing some extra defensive drills very soon.
Central now has a losing record at 9-10. As for Penns Valley Area, they have been performing well recently as they've won eight of their last ten matches, which provided a massive bump to their 10-9 record this season.
Central beat the Rams 59-46 when the teams last played back in December of 2023. Will Central repeat their success, or do the Rams have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
