The team also got some help courtesy of Elle Mason, who dropped a double-double on 11 points and 10 rebounds.
The win got Valley Christian Academy back to even at 1-1. As for Dunn, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-2.
Valley Christian Academy will look to defend their home court on Saturday against Parlier at 1:30 p.m. Parlier is coming into the game on a four-game losing streak. As for Dunn, they will head out on the road to face off against Bishop Diego at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Bishop Diego's defense has only allowed 29.2 points per game this season, so Dunn's offense will have their work cut out for Dunn.
