Terrell Academy entered their tilt with Valwood on Thursday with three consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with four. They were the clear victors by a 12-2 margin over the Valiants. Considering the Eagles have won nine matchups by more than six runs this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

Terrell Academy's win bumped their record up to 12-5. As for Valwood, their loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 7-6.

Looking ahead, Terrell Academy will welcome Westwood at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Valwood, they will head out to face off against Echols County at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. The Wildcats have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 10.31 runs per game on average), something the Valiants will no doubt try to take advantage of.
