Gregory  got on base  in all four of her plate appearances with three  stolen bases, two  runs,  and one  RBI, while  Kuhn  got on base  in four of her five plate appearances with four  runs, one  stolen base,  and one  RBI. Those  four  runs gave  Kuhn a new career-high. Another player making a difference was  Gracie Briggs, who  went 1-for-4 with two  RBI and one  run.
 Pueblo West  always had someone on base and  finished the game having  posted an OBP of .543. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Pueblo Centennial only posted  an  OBP of  .333.
 Meanwhile, Fountain-Fort Carson made easy work of Palmer  on Monday and carried off  a  17-2 win. The Trojans haven't had any issues with the Terrors recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive  victory against them.
 Fountain-Fort Carson now  has a winning record of 10-9. As for Pueblo West, their record now sits at 15-6.
 Pueblo West took their  win against Fountain-Fort Carson  in their previous matchup  back in September by a conclusive  13-3 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Cyclones since the  team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
