After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Marian Catholic, Weatherly were happy to have found some success on Saturday. They walked away with a 30-18 win over Bethlehem Christian.
Weatherly found their leader in underclassman Kelly Reiner, who scored 13 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Reiner has scored all season.
Weatherly's victory ended a seven-game drought at home and bumped them up to 3-15. As for Bethlehem Christian, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-4.
Weatherly will head out on the road to square off against Nativity BVM at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Bethlehem Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
