Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Hayfork). They never let the Dunsmuir Tigers get on the board and left with a 27-0 victory on Monday. The win continues a trend for the Timberjacks in their matchups with the Tigers: they've now won six in a row.

Hayfork pushed their record up to 6-11 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home. Those home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 14.8 runs over those games. As for Dunsmuir, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-15.

Coming up, Hayfork will challenge Trinity at 3:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Dunsmuir, they will face off against Mt. Shasta at 4:00 p.m. on May 6.
