Northeast Bradford put the finishing touches on their fourth blowout victory of the season on Thursday. They claimed a resounding 64-37 win over North Penn-Liberty at home. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest victory Northeast Bradford has posted against North Penn-Liberty since January 19, 2021.
Meanwhile, even if it wasn't a dominant performance, Athens beat Wellsboro 48-42 on Saturday. The victory was just what Athens needed coming off of a 46-16 loss in their prior game.
The win got Northeast Bradford back to even at 4-4. As for Athens, their win bumped their record up to 4-8.
