The Livingston Wolves will look to defend their home court on Monday against the Los Banos Tigers at 7:00 p.m. Los Banos took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on Livingston, who comes in off a win.
Last Friday, Livingston made easy work of Buhach Colony and carried off a 64-42 win. The matchup was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 41-19.
Livingston's success was spearheaded by the efforts of Adriana Cervantes Molina, who dropped a double-double on 13 points and 24 rebounds, and Isabella Zazueta, who scored 26 points along with 5 assists and 4 steals. That makes it six consecutive games in which Zazueta has scored at least 25% of Livingston's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Kasandra Soria, who scored 4 points along with 12 rebounds.
Meanwhile, Los Banos unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Saturday. They were dealt a 64-24 defeat at the hands of Patterson. The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Los Banos in their matchups with Patterson: they've now lost three in a row.
Livingston's win lifted them to 5-1 while Buhach Colony's loss dropped them down to 2-3.
Livingston might still be hurting after the 55-31 defeat they got from Los Banos in their previous meeting back in November of 2022. Will Livingston have more luck at home instead of on the road? Check MaxPreps after the action for a full breakdown of the game and more basketball content.
