Gunn is 3-0 against Capuchino since December of 2014, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Wednesday. The Gunn Titans will be playing at home against the Capuchino Mustangs at 6:30 p.m. Gunn is still on the hunt for that elusive first 'W'.
On Monday, Gunn was the victim of a tough 42-22 loss at the hands of Prospect. While losing is never fun, Gunn can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California basketball rankings (they are ranked 1154th, while Prospect is ranked 500th).
Meanwhile, Capuchino was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap on Wednesday as they fell 42-36 to Burlingame.
Gunn's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Capuchino, they bumped their record down to 1-5 with that defeat, which was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season.
Gunn strolled past Capuchino in their previous meeting back in December of 2016 by a score of 63-44. Does Gunn have another victory up their sleeve, or will Capuchino turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
