Even though the Ocean View Seahawks have not done well against the Westminster Lions recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), they didn't let the past get in their way on Thursday. Ocean View took down the Lions 44-28. The win made it back-to-back wins for Ocean View.
Angelina Bado continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 33 points along with eight rebounds and three steals. That makes it six consecutive games in which she has scored at least a third of Ocean View's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Katelyn Solis, who scored six points along with nine rebounds and four steals.
Ocean View's victory bumped their record up to 9-19. As for Westminster, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-21.
Ocean View does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Westminster also has no future games currently scheduled.
