In other batting news, Max Gardner was excellent, going 1-for-2 with two stolen bases, one run, and one double. He is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as he's now snagged at least one in each of the last 11 games he's played dating back to last season. Enrico Malgeri also deserves some recognition as he got his first hit of the season.
