The Rialto Knights waltzed into their matchup Tuesday with five straight wins but they left with six. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Kaiser 55-27 at home. Rialto might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team's won five games by 22 points or more this season.
Rialto was led to victory by Destiny Rabino and Carrington Davis. Rabino scored 23 points along with seven rebounds, while Davis dropped a double-double on 19 points and 14 rebounds. That makes it ten consecutive games in which Davis has scored at least 25% of Rialto's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Yamileth Perez, who scored four points along with nine rebounds and three steals.
Rialto's win was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 10-1. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 55.8 points per game. As for Kaiser, they have traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost three of their last four matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-6 record this season.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Rialto will face off against Colton at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Hopefully Colton focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 34 on Tuesday. As for Kaiser, they will head out on the road to face off against Norte Vista at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Norte Vista will be looking to extend their current three-game winning streak.
