The Springdale Dynamos's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Monday after their third straight loss. They were beaten by Riverview 61-15. Springdale lost against Riverview in their previous head to head back in February, too, but the margin this time around was much wider than the 56-32 score last time.
Riverview was led to victory by Lola Abraham and Katerina Tsambis. Abraham scored ten points along with six assists and four steals, while Tsambis scored 19 points. The game was Abraham's third in a row with at least ten points. Lily Bauer was another key contributor, scoring nine points along with five rebounds.
Springdale bumped their record down to 0-3 with that loss, which was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Riverview, they now have a winning record of 2-1.
Springdale will head out on the road to face off against Deer Lakes at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Deer Lakes has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games. As for Riverview, they will look to defend their home court on Thursday against East Allegheny at 6:00 p.m.
