Volleyball Recap: Kokomo Has No Trouble Against Elwood

Kokomo's game last Tuesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Elwood Panthers as they made off with a 3-0 win. That looming 3-0 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Wildkats yet this season.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Kokomo was: they took every set by at least 13 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-11, 25-12, 25-12.

The victory got Kokomo back to even at 4-4. As for Elwood, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-10 record this season.

Kokomo will be playing in front of their home fans against Northwestern at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Elwood, they will head out on the road to take on Alexandria-Monroe at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
