Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only the Miami Country Day Spartans walked away with it. They were the clear victor by a 91-67 margin over the Sharks. The win was nothing new for Miami Country Day as they're now sitting on four straight.
Herbert Wilson continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, dropping a triple-double on 33 points, 17 rebounds, and ten assists. That makes it three consecutive games in which he has scored at least a third of Miami Country Day's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Daltyn Simon, who scored 18 points along with six rebounds.
Miami Country Day is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven contests, which provided a nice bump to their 16-10 record this season. As for NSU University, their defeat dropped their record down to 19-6.
Miami Country Day's road trip will continue as they head out to face Westminster Academy on February 10th. One thing working in Westminster Academy's favor is that they have posted big point totals every time they've taken the court this season. NSU University does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
